Business in the Community (BITC) today announced that Melrose Education Limited have joined over 800 employers in signing up to the Race at Work Charter. This initiative is designed for businesses who want to collectively commit to improving equality of opportunities for Black, Asian, Mixed Race and ethnically diverse employees in the UK.
Tracey Storey, Executive Chair and CEO of Melrose Education was delighted to sign the charter on behalf of the Company saying “it truly reflects our values and commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion policies and practices”.
