‘Nurturing’ School, The Orchard, Celebrates ‘Good’ Ofsted Rating

Inspectors also praised the school’s tailored approach to education, noting, “Pupils benefit from an ambitious curriculum that is carefully tailored to meet their individual needs. Lessons are calm and purposeful, allowing the majority of pupils to learn without distractions.” This individualized curriculum supports each student’s unique needs, creating an environment where all pupils can thrive academically.

The Orchard’s dedication to staff well-being was also recognised, with inspectors noting, “Staff are proud to work here.
